Applying for a Philippine Passport

It was so difficult to look for the step by step procedure on how to apply for a Philippine Passport over the net so I'll be sharing to you mine.

First of all go to: http://dfa.gov.ph

Now go to the Citizen Services Tab and click on Passport as shown on the Photo below. This page will show you the requirements you need and fees for application.
You will also need to download the application form.
Now that you're already aware of the requirements, fees and equipted with the application form Its time to set an appointment so as to avoid the long line (hopefully).

From the page that you're at right now. Browse up back to the tabs area. Click on the Consular Services tab.
And click on the Make an appointment link.
Then choose whether you're making an appointment for e-passport or for a machine readable passport. I chose the latter since this is the purpose of my application.
The next step is to Fill out the form on the left side and read the guidelines on the right. Then click on the submit button at the bottom. This is what the page looks like.
You will receive a notification on your email. Now all you have to do is to wait for it on your mail. I sent my request yesterday around 11:00AM and I received a response today around 10:30AM.

Here's what it looks like. You'll be given a time, a date, a gate number and a reference number. You'll also need to print the mail and bring it with you together with all the other requirements on the specified time and date.

Tomorrow's mine so I'll update this again on what happened.
