Boxing enthusiasts have been talking about this fight for months. Though I'm not one of them I admire how this sport has brought Filipinos together. This will be Pacmans 7th Championship belt in 7 Different Weight divisions. Trully, a record breaking feat for the peoples champ. The fight was stopped on the 12th round in favor of Manny.
In this Fight I came to admire how the Puerto Rican fought upto the last round. He fought smart. He knew he has nothing left and he will not give in to Pacmans wrath. He will not give Manny the satisfaction of a KO. I also look up to him for his Sportsmanship. Immediately approaching Pacmans corner to give the winner a congratulatory hug. To you Miguel Cotto," Mabuhay ka!" Good Fight Señor.
To Pacman, Sir, you have been an Icon not only here in our country but to all sports lover around the world. I salute you for that! Your accomplishments will not only be etched on our countrys boxing history but also in our hearts for being the God Fearing and Down to Earth Person that you are. "Mabuhay ang Pilipinas at ang Pilipino!"
