Every once in a while, it's good to have a day or two to yourself or with a loved one...A day without worrying about work, of what to eat for dinner, those sort of things...
This weekend we went out to beat the heat and hoped to take a splash on the pools of the south. We got a very affordable room, packed a couple of shirts and that's it.Come what may. When we reached the place it wasn't exactly like the one advertised online but it was all good. The pool wasn't that big and the view of the lake wasn't that extraordinary but we came there to witness the sunset and so we did. It was breathtaking coming from two people who barely notices the setting and rising of the sun. We really needed this escape.

On our way home. We were just laughing our asses off because we realized that we just took a dip no more that ten minutes and the rest we spent sleeping. Nevertheless the trip was all worth it. I can't wait for the next one.
